The Symposium gets its own date
Following the success of the Symposium dedicated to heirloom grapes at the first Dégustez en VO !, the organisers wanted to make the Symposium a stand-alone event, on its own dedicated day. This year professionals are invited to join us on Tuesday 29 November 2022 in Montpellier.
The theme of this year’s Symposium is:
“How to Talk about Wine”
Or, Storytelling - the best way to tell the story of your history and your wines
