At the heart of the scrubland Grés-de-Montpellier, set in a lush Mediterraneannature, onthe fresherpartoftheappellation,theClosde l'Amandaieunfoldslikeagreen carpet at the foot of a rocky landscape formed by the ancient castle ruinsAumelas. The contrast of the rocky red soil loaded with iron oxide and the blueMediterranean sky, figure a gift of nature. For six generations, the family Peytavyrelays on the slopes of Aumelas in the northwest of Montpellier and 15km fromterroir of Aniane.
Today our vineyard mainly on hllsides, represents 30 hectares in Organic Farming.
Since we started our adventure, we worked only with retailers and restaurantsf or sustainable partnership in France and overseas.
Some of our wines are served on Michelin’s stars restaurants : MichelSarran**inToulouse, Helene Darroze restaurant** in Paris , Kei restaurant**, SaQuaNa** in Honfleur and the Mandarin Oriental*****in Geneva.
