We are winegrower (aunt and nephew) in the South of France in Languedoc, halfway between Béziers and Montpellier in the commune of Montagnac. Originally from the area, we are strongly impregnated with this earth, soft earth with the rain, hard earth presenting cracks of withdrawals during the summer.
In this soil trodden by my ancestors, we have planted the classic grape varieties of Languedoc and brought up to date those forgotten.”
