in the town of Jonquiéres, the estate covers 8 hectares
around the village dominated by Mount Baudile. The vines aged 10 to
55 years flourish on clay-limestone soil covered with pebbles,
swept by the tramontane, flooded with sunshine. The confused scents
scrubland and wild fruits, fill our wines with their aromas
subtle. Leaning over my father's earth, the rough hand on the grape
is mild, while the setting sun covers the plain, the vine
falls asleep in a warm light, all is calm and beauty.
