Independent winegrower in St Saturnin for 22 years in organic EU and NOP, on an historical terroir of the Languedoc, in the heart of the Terrases du Larzac. 28 ha of vines produces white, rosé and red wines in AOP Languedoc, Languedoc St St Sturnin and Terrasses du Larzac. A very modern and semi-buried cellar allows for gravity-fed working and has less impact on the environment. In the vineyard, labour is done in respect of nature and development of biodiversity for the quality of the wines and the ecosystems.
